At The Old Federal Reserve we offer an experience in ultra secure private storage unlike any other in the world. Constructed in 1923, our historic facility is home to over 5,000 square feet of impenetrable bank vaults. The main vault is protected by a 38-ton steel door that leads into an exclusive climate-controlled fortress where style and class fuse to create a 1 of 1 experience. Unlike traditional generic bank offered safe deposit box facilities, The Old Federal Reserve delivers multi-faceted levels of experience for our clients. VIP box holders enjoy main floor vault access while overlooking an historical mural of 1850’s New Orleans sitting at the comfort of our vintage Italian marble conference table. Any safe deposit box holder may also choose to access their valuables outside of traditional business hours 24hrs a day, 7 days a week*. Instead of only having a few different box sizes to choose from, our facility offers 12 different safe deposit box or security locker sizes to choose from.

At The Old Federal Reserve privacy is the standard for all individual safe deposit box holders. As a non-banking institution we are able to offer our clients the option of fully anonymous named or numbered safe deposit box accounts. Traditional bank charter facilities are required by law to gather sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers and government issued identification, from any individual opening a any safe deposit box. At The Old Federal Reserve we allow our clients to provide as little or as much information they so choose. As a customer service first facility we cater to each individual client’s specific private storage needs, and offer custom storage options for those special clients.
